Are you going to enter the distance university, school or college but do not know how it works? It is a new way of receiving education that is why not a lot of people know about this system of education. But it is very comfortable and does not take too much time.

Distance learning is a mix of technologies which are designed to present students with all the necessary material to learn, interactive cooperation between students and teachers in the process of study. It gives an opportunity for students to make their own conclusions upon new material.
Modern distance learning builds up on the following main elements:
1. Way of sending information (by post, TV, radio, Internet)
2. Methods caused by the way of receiving information.
Today interactive communication with students by means of informational communication network where the biggest part of studies is made on the Internet is very perspective. In 2003 the initiative group ADL started the development of the new standard of distance learning SCORM, which presupposes a vivid usage of Internet technologies.
Distance learning pretends to be a separated form of study system along with full-time tuition, tuition by correspondence, evening classes, etc.
The usage of distance learning technologies allows:
1. Lowing the costs of the study process (universities are not obliged to pay house rent, road costs of students and teachers).
2. Teaching a big amount of students simultaneously
3. Improving the quality of education because of new ways of teaching, volumetric libraries, etc.
4. Creation of a united educational system.
Distance learning becomes more popular in the educational process. A lot of people from different countries can afford this type of learning even if they are abroad. They can create their own life schedule not being afraid of missing classes and can live a full interesting life.
